Kotoura-san episode 2 - Bullying is bad,STAHP BULLYING.

I thought the show wasn't going to be as dark after the first 1 and went back to the original happy go lucky with a weebit of melodrama and less DARKIE.Apparently,It's still very dark.

This episode is really all about telling the audience"STAHP BULLYING,IT'S BAD". And they did it fairly well too.The bullying doesn't start now but it has something to do with it.After the president of the of ESP club,Yuriko recruited Kotoura to their club, she tries to manipulate her mind by showing a glimpse of her past about her mother who was also a ESP who helps assisting the police in crime investigation but was accused for being a fake and hung herself. This really shows the parallel situation(I hope I'm using the word "Parallel Situation" right) between Kotoura and Yuriko's mother.Yes,If the bullying still continues Kotoura might have commit suicide. After seeing the visual of Yuriko's mother hanging herself,I constantly thinking:"That might have been Kotoura hanging over there."

Though I am kinda glad that the rest of the show did tone down the darkie tone ever since that first 10 minute of ZETSUBOU of the first episode. The writer probably realize it and decided to tone it down to keep the balance just right.I do like Yuriko and Moriya tries to speak to her using their mind and force Kotoura to unconsciously speak by herself. This also makes me wonder that Kotoura still might not able to differentiate the voices she hear weather it's the voice of the person's mind or the voice that came out of the person's mouth.Since during episode 1,when she already aware of her power but still replying them nonetheless...Or she just couldn't shut up and spout out everything she heard in others mind.Anyway,The show still got their joke handled really well and used it at the right time. All this season's anime looks sux to me,though there are still some I wanna try.But for now,I'll stick to this.
Hideo Kojima logic...

...busted.
